  • These Terms and Conditions (the \u201cTerms\u201d) govern the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods through the online store 23style.cz, operated by:<\/li><\/ul>

    • The buyer (the \u201cCustomer\u201d) is any individual or legal entity entering into a purchase contract with the Seller via the online store.<\/li><\/ul>

      Order and Contract Formation<\/b><\/h3>
      • The goods displayed on the website are informational and do not constitute a binding offer.<\/li>
      • A\u00a0purchase contract is formed when the Customer submits an order and the Seller subsequently confirms it via email.<\/li>
      • By submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.<\/li><\/ul>

          Prices and Payment<\/b><\/h3>
          • All prices include VAT and all applicable fees.<\/li>
          • Available payment methods (via Woo Payments):
            • Bank transfer<\/li>
            • Apple Pay<\/li>
            • Google Pay<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
            • The goods are dispatched after the payment is credited to the Seller\u2019s account.<\/li><\/ul>

                Delivery Terms<\/b><\/h3>
                • Goods are delivered exclusively through the Z\u00e1silkovna courier service \u2014 to a delivery address or to a Z\u00e1silkovna Z-Box.<\/li>
                • Personal pickup is not available.<\/li>
                • Standard delivery time is 2\u20135 business days after payment is received.<\/li>
                • Delivery costs are displayed during the order process.<\/li><\/ul>

                    Withdrawal from the Contract<\/b><\/h3>
                    • A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.<\/li>
                    • Notice of withdrawal must be sent to info@23style.cz.<\/li>
                    • Returned goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.<\/li>
                    • The Customer covers the cost of returning the goods.<\/li>
                    • The Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.<\/li><\/ul>

                        Warranty and Complaints<\/b><\/h3>
                        • All goods are subject to the statutory 24-month warranty.<\/li>
                        • Details of the complaint process are described in the Complaints Policy, which forms part of these Terms.<\/li><\/ul>

                          Personal Data Protection<\/b><\/h3>
                          • The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable EU and Czech laws, including the GDPR. More details are available in the Privacy Policy on the website.<\/li><\/ul>

                            Final Provisions<\/b><\/h3>
                            • These Terms are valid from 13 November 2025.<\/li>
                            • The Seller may update these Terms; the current version is always available on 23style.cz.<\/li>
                            • All legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.<\/li>
                            • Customers may seek out-of-court settlement through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).<\/li>
