Terms and Conditions

 

Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods through the online store 23style.cz, operated by:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)

  • The buyer (the “Customer”) is any individual or legal entity entering into a purchase contract with the Seller via the online store.

 

Order and Contract Formation

  • The goods displayed on the website are informational and do not constitute a binding offer.
  • A purchase contract is formed when the Customer submits an order and the Seller subsequently confirms it via email.
  • By submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

Prices and Payment

  • All prices include VAT and all applicable fees.
  • Available payment methods (via Woo Payments):
    • Bank transfer
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay
  • The goods are dispatched after the payment is credited to the Seller’s account.

Delivery Terms

  • Goods are delivered exclusively through the Zásilkovna courier service — to a delivery address or to a Zásilkovna Z-Box.
  • Personal pickup is not available.
  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Delivery costs are displayed during the order process.

Withdrawal from the Contract

  • A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
  • Notice of withdrawal must be sent to info@23style.cz.
  • Returned goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • The Customer covers the cost of returning the goods.
  • The Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Warranty and Complaints

  • All goods are subject to the statutory 24-month warranty.
  • Details of the complaint process are described in the Complaints Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

 

Personal Data Protection

  • The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable EU and Czech laws, including the GDPR. More details are available in the Privacy Policy on the website.

 

Final Provisions

  • These Terms are valid from 13 November 2025.
  • The Seller may update these Terms; the current version is always available on 23style.cz.
  • All legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
  • Customers may seek out-of-court settlement through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
