Complaints Policy


General Provisions

  • This Complaints Policy outlines the procedure for asserting rights arising from defective goods purchased through the online store 23style.cz, operated by 23 cars s.r.o.
 

Warranty Period

  • Goods are covered by a statutory 24-month warranty from the date of receipt.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, mechanical damage, or misuse.
 

Filing a Complaint

  • Complaints may be submitted via e-mail to info@23style.cz or by sending the goods to:
    • 23 cars s.r.o., Točitá 1413/39, 140 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic
  • The Customer must include:
    • order number or proof of purchase,
    • description of the defect,
    • contact information.
  • Goods should be sent clean and properly packaged.
 

Complaint Resolution

  • The Seller will assess the complaint immediately, and no later than 3 business days after receiving it.
  • The complaint will be resolved without undue delay, within 30 days of submission.
  • If the complaint is justified, the Customer is entitled to:
    • repair of the goods,
    • replacement of the goods,
    • a reasonable discount,
    • a refund (contract cancellation).

Costs

  • The Customer bears the cost of sending the goods for complaint assessment.
  • If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will reimburse necessary shipping costs.

Final Provisions

  • This Complaints Policy is valid from 13 November 2025 and is available on 23style.cz.
