How to Shop


Welcome to our online store! To make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable, please follow the steps below. Our shop runs on a modern platform and supports fast checkout, simple filtering, and secure payment options.

Choose Your Language

  • You can browse the website in English or Czech. Select your preferred language from the language switcher in the menu.

Browse Products

  • Click “E-shop” in the main menu.
  • You will see all available products displayed on a single continuously loading page (no pagination).
    • Each product shows an image, a short description, and a price (all prices include VAT).
    • When you hover your mouse over a product, an alternate photo appears.
  • You can enable Filters (Brands, Categories, Sizes) to narrow your selection. Numbers next to each filter show how many products are available.
  • You can sort products by:
    • Price (low to high / high to low)
    • Newest items
    • Popularity

Product Variants (Sizes)

  • Some products offer multiple sizes (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL).
    • When hovering over such a product in the product list, the “Select options” button appears.
    • Products without variants display the “Add to cart” button directly.

View Product Details

  • Click any product to open its detail page. Here you will find:
    • Full description
    • Multiple images
    • Price including VAT
    • Size selection (when applicable)
    • Quantity selector (you can only order what is in stock)
    • Payment shortcut buttons (Apple Pay / Google Pay)
    • Product category and brand
    • Additional information including available sizes
    • Related products displayed at the bottom
  • Once you choose your size and quantity, click “Add to cart”.

Shopping Cart

  • Click the Cart icon in the upper right corner at any time to view a quick summary of your cart. You will see buttons for:
    • Checkout
    • View Cart
  • From here, you can adjust quantities or remove items.

Create and Manage Your Account

  • The “My Account” icon in the upper right corner lets you access:
    • Dashboard
    • Orders
    • Downloads
    • Addresses
    • Payment Methods
    • Account Details
    • Logout
  • Creating an account is optional but recommended for faster checkout and order tracking.

Delivery Options

  • We currently ship exclusively via Zásilkovna / Packeta.
    • No other delivery or pickup methods (including personal pickup) are available at this time.
    • During checkout, simply choose your preferred Zásilkovna pickup point from the map or list.

 

Payment Options

  • We offer several secure ways to pay:
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay
    • Bank transfer
      • A QR code for quick payment is automatically generated
    • Cash on delivery
  • Choose the option that suits you best during checkout.

 

Completing Your Order

  • Go to Checkout from the cart.
  • Enter your billing details.
  • Select your delivery point (Zásilkovna).
  • Choose your payment method.
  • Review your order and click “Place Order.”

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase.
