Is it possible to pick up goods in person at the store?
We do not offer this option. Goods can be delivered to an address, a parcel locker, or a Zásilkovna branch.

How can I pay for my order?
The most common payment methods are available:

credit card – Apple Pay or Google Pay can also be used here.
What warranty is provided for the goods?
Unless otherwise stated, we provide a standard two-year warranty on all products.
Can I return the goods I have purchased?
Yes, purchased goods can be returned within the standard 14-day period. Returns can only be accepted if the goods have not been used and if they contain all labels.
Are the prices listed with or without tax?
All prices are listed with tax. The tax calculation will also be displayed during the purchase summary.
