Is it possible to pick up goods in person at the store?

  • We do not offer this option. Goods can be delivered to an address, a parcel locker, or a Zásilkovna branch.
  • The buyer (the “Customer”) is any individual or legal entity entering into a purchase contract with the Seller via the online store.

How can I pay for my order?

  • The most common payment methods are available:
    • bank transfer
    • credit card – Apple Pay or Google Pay can also be used here.

What warranty is provided for the goods?

  • Unless otherwise stated, we provide a standard two-year warranty on all products.

Can I return the goods I have purchased?

  • Yes, purchased goods can be returned within the standard 14-day period. Returns can only be accepted if the goods have not been used and if they contain all labels.

  • All prices are listed with tax. The tax calculation will also be displayed during the purchase summary.
